This complex has been built on a land area of ??10,784 square meters with an infrastructure of 73,672 square meters in district one of Tehran municipality, which is in the stage of completion of construction and finishing operations. This complex has 11 floors (7 commercial, administrative and  welfare floors on the ground floor and 3 basement floors) including 356 commercial units with a total useful area of ??13,362 square meters, 209 service units, clinics and offices with an area of ??17,879 square meters, 2 units of recreational and sightseeing space.
